Wendy is a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance with over 400 hours of teacher training and 1000+ hours teaching experience. She has released a guided meditation CD and has additional training in kids’ yoga, yin yoga, meditation, yoga for addictions and vinyasa yoga. She has been teaching yoga for 6 years and enjoys sharing her love of yoga with her students.
Before having her two beautiful children and focusing her time on yoga and motherhood Wendy studied Financial Management at BCIT and worked in several different accounting offices. In her spare time Wendy enjoys reading, wakeboarding, gardening and laughing with friends and family.
